Q: Do you sell fabric by the metre or by the piece?
A: We offer both! We sell in 25cm increments x WOF therefore if you would like a metre you would enter 4
Q: Can I order a sample before purchasing?
A: Yes! We offer swatches on most fabrics so you can feel the quality and see the colour before committing. We charge a nominal fee for this
Q: How do I know if a fabric is still available?
A: Our website is updated in real time. If you see it in stock, it’s available to order. If a fabric is sold out, you can click on the notify us and that will update you if it comes back into stock
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship Australia-wide?
A: Absolutely! We offer Australia-wide shipping, saving you the trip to a store (and petrol costs).
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Not at this stage.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen postage option, but generally 2–7 business days within Australia.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Shopify Pay.
Q: Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Q: How do I use my VIP $20 welcome voucher?
A: Once you sign up, you’ll receive a code by email. Enter the code at checkout when your order total is over $75
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
A: As fabrics are cut to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a fault or we made an error, we will replace or refund.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

A: We are considering classes for the future – join our mailing list to be the first to know when we launch!
Q: Can I attend an Open Day if I’m not a VIP member?
A: Our open days are a special perk for VIP Club members. Sign up for free and you’ll be invited.
