Please choose carefully
Because we cut our fabric and ribbon to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on cut items.

Patterns, notions and threads
Uncut items such as patterns, notions and threads can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they're unused, in their original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.

Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us at hello@queenoffabric.com.au within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement, refund or credit. This applies to everything, including sale items and cut fabric, and doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to return
Please email hello@queenoffabric.com.au before sending anything back so we can confirm your return. Then post it to:

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
