• To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and photos of the defect or damage.

2. Exclusions

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
• Fabrics that have been cut to order cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

3. Process for Returns

• Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
