It's soft and silky, perfect for embroidery, needlepoint, Hardanger, blackwork, redwork, pulled thread, smocking, applique, crochet, and other types of creative stitchery.

DMC Pearl Cotton Balls are 100% colourfast, ensuring they can be washed frequently without fading.

The thread withstands high temperatures up to 95C/203F, but consider the fabric on which it was embroidered.
