Shipping and Delivery Information

  • Shipping prices will vary depending on weight and size of parcels
  • All ordered parcels are sent with a tracking number via Australia Post. As we choose to use eco-friendly packaging, we are unable to digitally and automatically send tracking information for orders. All tracking numbers are kept on the shop floor, so if you would like your tracking number, please call (03) 9596 3434 and we can provide this over the phone. 
  • You will receive your order within 5-7 business days within Australia.
  • Fabric club and BOM programmes are sent via unregistered mail. Please contact the shop directly if you do not receive either of these parcels after 3 weeks. 
  • Please ensure you have the correct delivery address at checkout. Any costs to repost items due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer
  • Any duties, import charges or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from location to location, please check with your local customs office to determine these fees prior to purchasing
  • Queen of Fabric will not be liable for any postage delays or lost/missing parcels caused by their shipping providers
