Queen of Fabric Loyalty Program

Our Loyalty Program runs from July 1st 2019 - June 30th 2020

Option 1: 6 payments, bi-monthly, of $40 including postage 

We will call you after you've signed up to take your details for the full program. You may join or cancel at any time

Option 2: 12 month complete subscription upfront $200 including postage

Sign ups for the 12 month option have now closed.

1. A bakers dozen fat 1/16ths, curated by the wonderful Queens in-store AND a surprise.

Surprises will include notions, accessories, patterns, gifts and all sorts! 

 2. 10% discount each quarter to use in-store (Excluding workshops. must be used within 12 months)

3. 10% discount each quarter to be used on-line (excluding workshops)

4. First option to sign up to the BOM program

5. Invitations to exclusive shopping nights at the shop!

FAQs

Can I see what fabric will be included in each mail out?

All fabrics are kept secret so they are a surprise when they come through your letterbox! Fabric selections will be made by the wonderful Queen ladies and will include Yuwa, Liberty, new-in and our special favourites. 

Is it a one-off payment or rolling subscription?

Both! The program will run yearly from 1st July - June 30th.

You may sign up for the full year in one go (and save $40!) until June 30th.

You may prefer to choose the rolling subscription option and pay for each mail-out individually. We will call you when you sign up to take down your card details for future payments. You may join or cancel your rolling subscription at any time - just call or e-mail and let us know.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately on sign up. If you've signed up for the rolling subscription you will be charged in the first week of September, November, January, March and May. 

When will my delivery arrive?

Your Loyalty mail-out will be sent in the first week of every second month. If you are an Australian customer expect your mail out 5-7 business days after the 1st of the month. 

What if I think my delivery has gone missing?

If you haven't received your subscription within 10 days of the 1st of the month, please let us know and we will organise a replacement. Unfortunately the postage system can be fallible! 

How will I get and redeem my 10% off vouchers?

Your 10% off in-store vouchers will be allocated to you in our filing system in-store. If you'd like to use it mention it at the till when you pay and the ladies there will put it through and mark it down as used. You may use your 10% off vouchers at any time throughout the 12 months and you can use more than one at once! 

You're on-line vouchers will be e-mailed to you and have special codes you will need for the website at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

We don't accept cancellations if you If you've signed up for the full 12 months in one, you will not be able to cancel half way through. If you've signed up for the individual payments option, you may cancel (or join!) the program at any time. Just call the shop and let us know. 

What if I don't like the fabric in my mail-out?

We understand that everyone has different tastes, and sometimes what’s included might not be for you. However unfortunately we can’t accept returns. If you really don’t like the fabric or surprise, there are still lots of things you can use it for; perhaps make a gift for a friend, use it in a fabric swap or donate it to the textiles department in your local school.

Can I change my billing details for my rolling subscription or the address my parcel is sent to?

Of course! Just give us a buzz at the shop and we will make the change for you.
