Jo’s attention to detail is evident in all of her work. Scenes inspired by the English countryside are irresistibly charming and her appliqué work is detailed and precise.
Jo Colwill is the founder and owner of Cowslip Workshops. Situated on an old country farm, it’s an idyllic location for Jo’s patchwork shop, organic café and classrooms, including a huge exhibition barn. Her workshops are taught by some of the best teachers from around the world. Located in the lush Cornwall countryside, this little corner of paradise brings together all of Jo’s passions: fabrics, quilts, teaching and food. Take a break in her café serving foods and produce from the area, including famous scones accompanied with clotted cream and strawberry jam!
